Account Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your account and personal data connected to the Traace consumer scanning app or the Farmer Portal without installing the app or logging in.

How to Request

Email our support team using the prepared subject line. If you cannot use email, call the backup phone number below.

Information to Include

Please include your registered phone number or email address, whether the request is for the consumer scanning app or the Farmer Portal, and an optional reason if you want to provide one. This helps us identify the correct account.

What Gets Deleted

After we verify the request, we will delete the user profile, including name, phone, email, and business information; authentication credentials; uploaded photos and certificates tied to the user; device records; and user-linked location data.

What We Retain and Why

Pseudonymized harvest or lot records, QR traceability entries, and partner transaction records may remain in the ledger to preserve product traceability integrity and meet business, legal, audit, or contract obligations. The retention period for pseudonymized traceability records is the life of the traceability ledger unless law, partner contract, or approval from the privacy/compliance owner requires a shorter period. This retention period requires privacy/legal sign-off.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 days and complete deletion of data that can be deleted within 30 days after we have enough information to verify the account and request.
